4. Rules and Filters

1. Order FiltersOrder filters decide which orders Postflows processes. If an order is blocked by an order filter, none of its shipping events will be forwarded to your email platform - regardless of which events are enabled. By default, with no filters configured, Postflows processes all orders.
2. Event FiltersEvent filters run after order filters and decide whether a specific shipping event is send to your email platform. While order filters control which orders enter the pipeline, event filters control which individual updates are sent.
