Postflows offers monthly subscription plans based on the number of shipment trackings and team seats your store needs.
Available plans
Postflows has three plans:
All plans include the full Postflows feature set. The difference between plans is volume limits and team size.
Ecomflow client model
If your store is fulfilled by Ecomflow, your pricing works differently.
Ecomflow-fulfilled orders are included at no cost
Non-Ecomflow fulfilled orders are billed at $0.035 per tracking
Ecomflow clients are automatically placed on the Beta plan during onboarding. You don't need to select a plan yourself.

Free trial
Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. No charge is made until the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial with no cost.
How billing works
Postflows billing runs through Shopify. When you select a plan:
You're redirected to Shopify to approve the subscription charge
Once approved, your plan is active
Shopify charges your account monthly on the same billing cycle as your other Shopify app charges
Trackings
A "tracking" is counted each time Postflows forwards a shipping event to your email platform (Klaviyo or Omnisend). If an order has multiple events (in transit, out for delivery, delivered), each counts separately.
If your store exceeds the included trackings in a billing period, overage charges apply per additional tracking.
Seats
A seat is one team member with access to your Postflows store. The Owner always occupies one seat. Adding team members via Settings > Team consumes additional seats.
If adding a member would exceed your plan's included seats, Postflows shows a confirmation prompt with the per-seat overage cost before proceeding.
Monitoring usage
Go to Settings > Billing to see:
Your current plan
Trackings used vs. included this period (with visual meter)
Seats used vs. included
Overage charges accrued so far this period
Usage meters turn yellow at 80% and red when over limit.
