3. Where to Find Invoices
Postflows billing runs through Shopify. Official invoices are issued and held by Shopify, not Postflows.
Official invoices (Shopify)
To find your official invoices for Postflows charges:
Log into your Shopify admin
Go to Settings > Billing
Your Postflows subscription charges appear alongside your other Shopify app charges
Shopify generates invoices at the end of each billing period. You can download PDFs from the Shopify billing page.
Billing history in Postflows
Postflows also shows a detailed billing history for your account. This is an audit view - not an official invoice - but useful for reviewing usage and charges.
Go to Settings > Billing and scroll to Billing History.
The history is organized into four tabs:
All
A chronological timeline of all billing events: subscriptions created or changed, credits applied, usage charges recorded.
Usage Charges
Overage charges recorded for periods where your usage exceeded your plan's included trackings or seats.
Each row shows the period, overage amount, and charge details
Expand a row to see the daily breakdown of charges within that period
Subscriptions
A log of all subscription events - plan activations, plan changes, cancellations, and trial conversions. Shows plan name, status, price, and dates.
Credits
A log of any credit transactions applied to your account:
Troubleshooting
A charge looks incorrect Compare the usage shown in Postflows Settings > Billing > Usage Charges with your Shopify invoice. If there's a discrepancy, contact support with the billing period in question.
